I'm trying to create label to list cobblemon pokemons by types

Hello, It's my first attemp to make a Js. So we got a Minecraft cobblemon server and unfortunaly pokemons types aren't labels, I need to do a new labels to create incense for specific pokemon types. My question is how can i create label and put pokemon lists ? Ty if you can help me
